Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the staqly language learning application ("App") operated by Shcoder Corp. ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Who We Are

2. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
3. Minimum Age
You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
4. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. Notify us promptly at shcoder.alex@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
5. Permitted Use
You may use the App for personal, non-commercial language learning. You may not:
- Reverse engineer or decompile the App
- Use the App or its output to train machine learning models without our written consent
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
6. Subscription Terms
The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple's in-app purchase system:
- Monthly plan: €8.00 per month
- Annual plan: €70.00 per year
- Free trial: 7 days for new subscribers
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
To manage or cancel your subscription: open the App Store on your device, tap your profile photo, tap Subscriptions, and select staqly. You can cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current paid period. Free trials that are not cancelled before the trial period ends will convert to a paid subscription.
Prices are in euros and may vary by region. We will provide advance notice of any price changes in accordance with App Store requirements.
7. Intellectual Property
All content in the App (excluding content you import) is owned by or licensed to Shcoder Corp.. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. Content you import into the App remains your property or the property of the respective rights holders.
8. Privacy
Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read it carefully.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shcoder Corp. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kazakhstan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kazakhstan.
